A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (Remote US, PST).
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to ensure strong returns on their investment and communicate ROI throughout the customer lifecycle
- Lead customer retention and expansion efforts within the assigned portfolio
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet customer expectations and drive product adoption
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Technical Support Engineering
- Experience in change management and product adoption with technical customer personas
- Ability to learn new technologies and communicate technical details effectively
- Proven experience in building relationships with both technical and non-technical customers
- Integrity and flexibility in navigating ambiguity to find solutions
