A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (Remote US, PST).

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with customers to ensure strong returns on their investment and communicate ROI throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Lead customer retention and expansion efforts within the assigned portfolio
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet customer expectations and drive product adoption
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Technical Support Engineering
  • Experience in change management and product adoption with technical customer personas
  • Ability to learn new technologies and communicate technical details effectively
  • Proven experience in building relationships with both technical and non-technical customers
  • Integrity and flexibility in navigating ambiguity to find solutions
