Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (SaaS/SMB).
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new customers through a structured onboarding process
- Manage 35-50 customer relationships from post-launch through renewal
- Identify opportunities for upsell and expansion by aligning customer goals with impactful solutions
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a Customer Success or Account Management role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Proven ability to overcome customer concerns while preserving trust
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, especially Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Asana, and other customer/project tools
- Experience in physical therapy or chiropractic practice operations is a bonus
