Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Insurance Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with customers via multiple channels to address their questions and concerns
• Calmly resolve and de-escalate issues, escalating when necessary
• Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
• 6 months of customer service experience preferred
• Must be over 18 years of age
• High School Graduate or GED and possess a home state Life & Health Insurance License
• Comfort with desktop computer systems and ability to type 25 wpm
