A company is looking for a Workers' Comp Bill Review Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership in medical bill review operations and act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams
• Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining communication throughout the service delivery process
• Identify new business opportunities to grow client relationships and work with the delivery team to execute contract terms

Required Qualifications

• College degree or high school diploma with 2-4 years of industry experience
• Preferred experience in worker's compensation or auto casualty bill review
• Ability to present and interpret data to customers
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong grammar and business writing skills for documentation and customer communication
