A company is looking for a Concierge - Call Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates intake, navigation services, and administrative support for Virtual Physical Therapy and Fall Prevention programs
- Schedules member appointments and manages pre-visit information, including payment collection
- Assists with administrative duties related to the recruitment process for Physical Therapists
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED certificate required
- 1 year experience in Call Center or Customer Service operations, preferably in Managed Care or Health Care
- 3 years general office experience including administrative support and project management
- Computer proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
