A company is looking for a Delivery Associate for the France, Central & Northern Europe region.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide sales and customer support, nurturing relationships with clients and advisors
- Assist with booking, modifying, and managing orders while ensuring timely communication with fulfillment teams
- Support regional operations and mentor seasonal contractors and Delivery colleagues
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of work experience in a related role; travel or hospitality industry experience is a plus
- Deep expertise and passion for Paris and knowledge of Northern and Central European destinations
- French language skills are a plus
- Ability to handle client interactions with empathy and resilience
- Versatility in managing various tasks in a fast-paced environment
