Delivery Associate for France

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Associate for the France, Central & Northern Europe region.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide sales and customer support, nurturing relationships with clients and advisors
• Assist with booking, modifying, and managing orders while ensuring timely communication with fulfillment teams
• Support regional operations and mentor seasonal contractors and Delivery colleagues

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of work experience in a related role; travel or hospitality industry experience is a plus
• Deep expertise and passion for Paris and knowledge of Northern and Central European destinations
• French language skills are a plus
• Ability to handle client interactions with empathy and resilience
• Versatility in managing various tasks in a fast-paced environment
