Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Claims Team Lead, Auto Delivery & Rideshare.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support the auto delivery & rideshare personal injury protection claims adjusting staff
• Implement best practices for claims handling, including intake, investigation, evaluation, settlement, and recovery
• Prepare and present comprehensive claims reports and metrics to clients and customers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Active insurance adjuster's license or willingness to obtain within 60 days
• 5+ years of insurance claims experience, particularly in personal injury protection and medical payments
• 2+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a remote environment
• Experience with auto delivery and/or rideshare claims is highly preferred
