Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist customers and agents with billing inquiries and account issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer billing and account inquiries from agents, customers, and internal staff
  • Process customer credit card payments and prepare account history documentation
  • Investigate and resolve payment issues, and advise leadership of recurring concerns
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least one year of experience in a billing or call center environment; insurance experience preferred
  • Keyboarding speed of 30+ words per minute with 90% accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems
