Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support for members via live chat, email, and phone calls
- Communicate effectively to address questions about products and estate planning
- Identify and report bugs or issues to leadership while handling member complaints
Required Qualifications
- Experience with customer service and consumer experiences
- Proficiency in technology tools such as Zendesk and G-Suite
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work approximately 25 hours a week, including potential weekend hours
