Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall cloud support strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead and manage the AMER Cloud Technical Support team to foster collaboration and enhance customer service
- Define and implement support processes and metrics to ensure effective resolution of customer issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Extensive experience in a senior leadership role in Customer Support or Technical Support within the technology industry
- Proven track record in leading and managing a high-performing Customer Support team
- Experience across SaaS, Managed Services, FedRAMP, IL4/5
