A company is looking for a Team Lead, Client Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing Client Success team while maintaining a customer-centric approach
- Monitor team performance using data-driven insights to enhance retention and customer health
- Develop strategies to reduce churn and increase product adoption, while acting as an escalation point for client issues
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Client Success, Customer Retention, or Business Development
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Team Lead or Management role with at least 5 direct reports
- Strategic mindset with strong data analysis abilities
- Familiarity with technology and ability to learn new tech quickly
- Experience with an LMS or Churnzero is preferred
