Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing Client Success team while maintaining a customer-centric approach
  • Monitor team performance using data-driven insights to enhance retention and customer health
  • Develop strategies to reduce churn and increase product adoption, while acting as an escalation point for client issues
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Client Success, Customer Retention, or Business Development
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Team Lead or Management role with at least 5 direct reports
  • Strategic mindset with strong data analysis abilities
  • Familiarity with technology and ability to learn new tech quickly
  • Experience with an LMS or Churnzero is preferred
