Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing support teams with 5+ years in support roles
- Experience in collecting and analyzing survey data to improve customer satisfaction metrics
- Proven track record in project management of large cross-functional initiatives
- Skilled in process mapping, performance metrics, and process optimization
- Experience in building processes and developing workflows independently
