Insurance Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Services Representative III (Non-Exempt) - FT Days Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and resolve outstanding insurance receivables, including unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims
• Develop and oversee training programs and knowledge transfer within the department
• Serve as an operational lead, ensuring quality and productivity in revenue cycle operations

Required Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent
• Two years of experience in revenue cycle or related duties
• Experience with EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to collect and analyze data
