A company is looking for a Health Advocate- Call Coordinator for the Healthy Outcomes Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to members and providers to facilitate healthcare services
- Address barriers to members' health and provide education for informed health decisions
- Document conversations accurately in members' health records
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- High computer literacy and proficiency with Windows and web-based applications
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable remote workspace
- Experience in call center or outreach roles involving members/consumers is preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are heavily preferred
