A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for patient inquiries regarding billing issues
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls and provide resolutions to patient inquiries
- Document all inquiries and updates in the patient billing platform
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of relevant customer service experience, or a bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years of progressive work experience in a hospital billing or shared services environment preferred
- Experience with Epic's Resolute Hospital or Professional billing applications preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA standards and medical terminology preferred
- Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) preferred
