Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers
- Deliver regular status updates and key customer health reports to leadership
- Proactively identify at-risk customers and lead strategies to retain and grow accounts
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client success in SaaS or fintech
- Strong reporting skills with experience in forecasting customer growth and churn risk
- Proactive and strategic mindset with experience managing executive stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success platforms
- Ability to communicate effectively across technical, product, and business teams
