Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to maximize customer impact and drive adoption of their platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers
  • Deliver regular status updates and key customer health reports to leadership
  • Proactively identify at-risk customers and lead strategies to retain and grow accounts
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client success in SaaS or fintech
  • Strong reporting skills with experience in forecasting customer growth and churn risk
  • Proactive and strategic mindset with experience managing executive stakeholders
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success platforms
  • Ability to communicate effectively across technical, product, and business teams
