A company is looking for a Customer Support Consultant (Part-time, fluent English).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails
- Assist customers with purchases and handle refunds efficiently
- Maintain working knowledge of the client's products and services
Required Qualifications
- Excellent English skills (C2 for both spoken and written)
- Experience in customer service
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Experience with CRM systems
- Personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
