Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist for an overnight shift from Sunday to Thursday, 12am-9am ET.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for users, providing solutions and support
  • Assist customers in scheduling meetings and resolving inquiries via Live Chat, Phone, or Email
  • Document and escalate customer issues while maintaining expert-level product knowledge
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in software (SaaS) customer support
  • Technical software troubleshooting experience
  • Experience in Live Chat or Phone customer support is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-focused environment
  • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
