Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide high-level support in customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries regarding products and services
  • Interact with customers and internal teams to manage post-sales service functions
  • Provide ongoing support for website navigation and technical issues
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of inbound customer support experience
  • Minimum of an Associate's degree
  • Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred
  • Strong PC skills, including standard MS Office applications; knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
