A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide high-level support in customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries regarding products and services
- Interact with customers and internal teams to manage post-sales service functions
- Provide ongoing support for website navigation and technical issues
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of inbound customer support experience
- Minimum of an Associate's degree
- Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred
- Strong PC skills, including standard MS Office applications; knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
