Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide high-level customer service remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints and questions
  • Process inbound calls and other correspondence efficiently
  • Schedule service appointments and prepare warranty and repair service reports
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous clerical experience preferred
  • Familiarity with software including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain accurate files and processes
  • Knowledge of Storis and other relevant systems preferred
