Key Responsibilities
- Resolve escalated customer complaints and questions
- Process inbound calls and other correspondence efficiently
- Schedule service appointments and prepare warranty and repair service reports
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous clerical experience preferred
- Familiarity with software including Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain accurate files and processes
- Knowledge of Storis and other relevant systems preferred
