Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide excellent service to dealers and consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop expertise in products and services and share knowledge with customers
  • Achieve individual and team service level goals while tracking customer inquiries in SalesForce.com
  • Identify and escalate customer inquiries to appropriate support teams and assist with various customer tasks
Required Qualifications
  • Prior customer service or service industry experience preferred
  • College degree preferred or a minimum of one year of work experience required
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude and ability to work with a diverse customer base
  • Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Windows; greater technical aptitude preferred
