Key Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in products and services and share knowledge with customers
- Achieve individual and team service level goals while tracking customer inquiries in SalesForce.com
- Identify and escalate customer inquiries to appropriate support teams and assist with various customer tasks
Required Qualifications
- Prior customer service or service industry experience preferred
- College degree preferred or a minimum of one year of work experience required
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and ability to work with a diverse customer base
- Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Familiarity with MS Office and Windows; greater technical aptitude preferred
