Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of customer service/contact center experience
- General automotive knowledge
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and solve problems efficiently
