Cyber Defense Center Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Cyber Defense Center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the continuous monitoring of networks, systems, and applications for security incidents
• Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures for cybersecurity incidents
• Lead investigations into security incidents and manage the Cyber Defense Team's operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred
• 7-10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with 3-5 years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in SIEM, SOAR, threat hunting, and incident response technologies
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable
• Strong leadership and team management skills
