Dealer Services Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dealer Services Analyst who will manage contractor and dealer applications and ensure compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and manage dealer information in various operating systems and ensure proper documentation
• Respond to dealer and internal requests, resolving issues and ensuring compliance with procedures
• Coordinate with Business Development Managers and assist with customer verification and documentation issues

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, finance, communication, or related field, or 2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial reports and legal documents
• Experience with Word Processing and Spreadsheet software, as well as Adobe Illustrator and PDF
• Basic knowledge of algebra and geometry for calculations
• Availability for one evening shift per week and one Saturday every 7 weeks
