A company is looking for an e-Service Chat Representative, 100% remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers, contractors, and business partners through various communication channels while adhering to policies and procedures
- Explain and uphold contract coverage to customers and contractors
- Follow up to ensure resolution of customer service issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Computer literacy is required
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service training is preferred
