A company is looking for a Clinical Support Expert - Removables.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the CX Product Line Lab Owner, developing and implementing quality best practices across the Clinical Support Team
- Provide technical guidance and support to doctors through phone and chat for complex cases and treatment planning
- Maintain detailed records of quality solutions and their impact on patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-volume lab setting, preferably digital dental labs
- 3+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM digital design in removables
- Previous experience in a customer service role for the lab is preferred
- Strong current knowledge of removables dental systems and their digital components
- Desire to work in a fast-growing, fully-digital lab environment
