Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications and Education
- 2+ years of customer service experience or equivalent
- Experience in call centers or dental insurance preferred
- Ability to learn and understand a broad range of insurance products
- Proficient with desktop applications such as MS Office
- Must pass dental terminology coursework during training
