Job Summary
A company is looking for a Design Director to lead the development and execution of brand-to-demand campaigns for the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities
- Concept and develop integrated campaigns in partnership with the U.S. Market Creative Director and copywriters
- Lead the creative development of full-funnel campaign deliverables across various media channels
- Manage and mentor a team of designers while ensuring brand consistency and collaboration across stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in visual design and art direction, with at least 3 years in a creative leadership role
- Proven success in both agency and in-house environments
- Strong portfolio showcasing B2B and B2C campaigns across multiple channels
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern design tools
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
