Design Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Engineer who is passionate about the entire journey from customer insight to shipped feature.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product engineers to analyze customer feedback and define feature direction
• Design and polish UI components and critical features for the core product and design system
• Lead projects from concept through design to frontend implementation, ensuring effective communication between design and code

Required Qualifications

• Strong skills in Figma with a focus on user experience and visual design
• Proficiency in frontend development (HTML, CSS, Typescript)
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Understanding of user research and its application in design decisions
• Mid to Staff level experience preferred, with a focus on enthusiasm and growth potential
