Key Responsibilities

• Frames business challenges and synthesizes research to develop insights
• Facilitates collaborative design activities and coaches less senior staff
• Leads cross-functional collaboration to align design outcomes with business goals

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree or equivalent in design, business, or related field
• Five years of experience in design or related discipline
• Two years of experience leading teams throughout the design process
• Advanced understanding of user behaviors as it informs design
• Experience in collaborative environments with ambiguous changes
