Design Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Program Manager to support the Content and Live Video Design teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and manage design teams while coordinating with technical teams
• Facilitate Agile processes and quarterly PI Planning events
• Track complex direct-to-consumer projects from inception to delivery

Required Qualifications

• Agile SAFe experience and prior role as an Agile Release Train Engineer (RTE) across at least 3 scrum teams
• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, managing multiple scrum teams and complex project deliveries
• Strong program management experience, especially in direct-to-consumer project tracking
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and related ceremonies
• Experience with Web and Mobile development (HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, iOS, Android)
