Key Responsibilities
- Manage and renew existing customer contracts through outbound and inbound communication
- Achieve renewal and communication targets while addressing customer concerns and processing requests
- Collaborate with internal partners and utilize CRM systems to maintain customer data and support sales efforts
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing SaaS business
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting SaaS technologies within education
- Familiarity with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Proactive communication skills via phone and video chat
