A company is looking for a Director, Digital Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute lead nurture programs, optimize onboarding flows, and create retention initiatives to reduce churn and increase upsell opportunities
- Oversee CRM platform integrations, website content, A/B testing frameworks, and leverage data analytics to refine messaging and targeting strategies
- Use insights to inform strategic decisions that improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction, while managing all website-related initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven success in scaling multi-channel campaigns with measurable impact
- Deep understanding of performance marketing KPIs
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience with marketing automation tools and strong analytical skills
