Job Summary
A company is looking for a Digital Transformation Consultant (Workflow Standardization).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of existing IT processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for standardization
- Design and implement standardized project workflows and document process maps for internal communication and future assessments
- Facilitate training sessions and support the adoption of new workflows while monitoring performance and suggesting further optimizations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT consulting, project management, or a related role focused on workflow standardization
- Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives
- Proficiency in workflow design and management tools (e.g., Visio, LucidChart)
- Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
