Key Responsibilities:
- Develop holistic brand experiences based on research and market knowledge
- Lead day-to-day management of key brand initiatives to drive awareness and engagement
- Oversee and manage the Men's brand team while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications:
- 8-12 years of marketing or brand management experience, preferably in wellness and DTC
- 5+ years of team management experience
- Proven track record in creating innovative brand strategies for DTC brands
- Experience with male-focused direct-to-consumer brands
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills
