Key Responsibilities
- Own the global forecast process and lead planning cycles for partner revenue and quota allocation
- Oversee partner operations workflows and optimize PRM tools for improved productivity
- Develop partner attribution models and provide insights on pipeline health and execution gaps
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years in Sales Operations or Channel Sales Operations within B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
- Proven track record of enhancing sales efficiency and operational consistency
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze complex data
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and PRM platforms
- MBA or advanced degree in business or analytics is a plus
