Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, business, or technical field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry
• Demonstrated leadership of platform teams or enterprise tools related to data visualization and analytics
• Experience in translating complex business needs into actionable strategies and technology investments
• Strong background in change management and strategic planning across technical and business functions
