Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Consumer Sales to lead and scale its consumer sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the Consumer Sales team to achieve performance targets across B2C learning products
- Hire, develop, and retain top-performing Sales Managers and frontline representatives
- Monitor sales KPIs and implement operational improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including 3 years managing large inside sales teams
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales quotas
- Experience with sales funnel optimization and team performance diagnostics
- Strong coaching and performance management skills
