Key Responsibilities
- Drive profitable growth and development of Finance & Insurance Sales Professionals
- Implement strategic and tactical objectives to achieve sustainable F&I growth
- Oversee cross-team sales initiatives and manage customer issues within the region
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience in Field Sales, or High School Diploma with 6+ years of experience
- Experience managing product knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience analyzing financial results
- 5+ years of successful outside sales experience in a B2B capacity preferred
