- Develop KPIs and goals for the Deal Desk while advocating for team needs and improvements
- Facilitate the implementation of new processes and continuous improvement initiatives within the sales organization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 1+ years of experience managing a Deal Desk team
- 2+ years of experience in a Deal Desk role within a high-growth SaaS company
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales Operations/Revenue Operations management
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce
