Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Call Center Sales Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to drive performance and growth for clients
- Design and implement a strategic vision to enhance sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales activities
- Collaborate with executive leadership to establish performance indicators and manage client campaigns
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- 8+ years of experience managing a scaled inside-sales function with over 200 team members
- 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
- Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and compliance regulations, particularly in Medicare and Marketplace
