A company is looking for a Director of Customer Onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Onboarding Success Managers to ensure successful execution of customer implementation projects
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring project scope and timelines are met
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term goals and strategies for implementation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; relevant Advanced Degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in SaaS, preferably in healthcare or revenue cycle management
- Minimum 7 years of direct people management experience within a Customer Success or Operations division
- Experience in leading strategic initiatives with a focus on change management
- Proven ability to use data for decision making and team accountability
