A company is looking for a Director of Customer Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Onboarding Success Managers to ensure successful execution of customer implementation projects
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring project scope and timelines are met
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term goals and strategies for implementation


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required; relevant Advanced Degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS, preferably in healthcare or revenue cycle management
  • Minimum 7 years of direct people management experience within a Customer Success or Operations division
  • Experience in leading strategic initiatives with a focus on change management
  • Proven ability to use data for decision making and team accountability
