A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Service Specialist (Remote Inbound Call Center).
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve complex claims inquiries from patients, clients, and providers
- Create business correspondence and ensure compliance with turnaround requirements
- Coach and mentor less experienced team members and assist in training new hires
Required Qualifications
