Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute customer success strategy and operational plans
- Develop data-driven playbooks for cross-sell and expansion opportunities
- Build and lead a high-performing Customer Success team while maintaining customer retention
Required Qualifications
- A university degree in accounting, finance, or business
- 5+ years of leadership experience in Customer Success, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Ability to define strategy and execute operational plans in a high-volume environment
- Experience in leading, coaching, and developing teams while engaging in customer activities
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills for strategy and performance management
