Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • A university degree in accounting, finance, or business
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in Customer Success, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Ability to define strategy and execute operational plans in a high-volume environment
  • Experience in leading, coaching, and developing teams while engaging in customer activities
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills for strategy and performance management
