Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting, with 5+ years in healthcare or life sciences
- 3+ years of experience managing high-performing teams
- Proven track record of managing executive relationships and achieving business outcomes
- Deep understanding of recurring revenue models and customer lifecycle management
- Experience developing cross-functional processes and success metrics to scale Customer Success operations
