Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in analytics or data science roles, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity
• Strong track record of leading analytics teams in high-growth or technology-focused environments
• Expertise in modern data and analytics stacks, including cloud data warehouses and BI platforms
• Experience in designing and implementing self-service analytics capabilities
• Deep understanding of data governance, quality, and privacy best practices
