Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director - Business Partner Lead, Global Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor within the Commercialization organization, providing insights into market trends and go-to-market strategies
- Forge strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to align business priorities with Marketing Category strategies
- Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to capture and recognize value across the Marketing pipeline
Required Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree and 4 years of experience in procurement, category management, commercial technology, or related field; or
- Master's degree and 8 years of experience in the same fields; or
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience in the same fields
- At least 4 years of experience directly managing people or leading teams and projects
- Experience in developing and executing Marketing Procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
