Key Responsibilities
- Own marketing reporting and analyze channel and campaign performance to identify trends and optimizations
- Manage the marketing programs budget to ensure investments exceed ROI targets and deliver performance insights
- Oversee the marketing tech stack and collaborate on marketing technology strategy and innovation
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations or related roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS organization
- Deep familiarity with complex sales cycles and multi-touch attribution
- Direct experience implementing and owning Hubspot; experience with ZoomInfo, Outreach, Salesforce is a plus
- Strategic thinker with a focus on program performance
