Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete product launch lifecycle, ensuring timelines and stakeholder alignment
- Lead strategic meetings and provide updates to executive leadership on project progress and risks
- Develop and implement standardized processes to improve efficiency and scalability in project management
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in project management or GTM operations in DTC, CPG, or eCommerce
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in product, finance, operations, and marketing
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with experience in developing launch templates
- Experience in making data-driven decisions based on post-launch metrics
- Ability to anticipate problems and develop contingency plans proactively
