Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Growth and Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the data-driven growth strategy and strategic planning efforts
• Develop strategic partnership strategies and connect with government leaders and industry partners
• Oversee proposal development processes and manage the Capture Team to enhance win rates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 15 years of related experience in Federal Contracting
• Experience in growing a civilian sector Federal contracting business
• Proven experience in business development strategy, capture, and proposal management
• Deep understanding of the Federal Business Development Lifecycle
• US citizenship required
